Had good stay for the one night we were there. The staff was attentive and hospitable in managing every request. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, only 10 minutes walk to Joel Stone Heritage Park. There was a magnificent restaurant around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Pleasant property, overall clean, excellent service and excellent value. The very very helpful and attentive stuff all round. The pool area is lovely too. Easy parking on site. Exceptionally nice location as only 5 minutes to Gananoque Municipal Marina. Just 10 min walking to city centre. Fabulous restaurant and good meal.

I truly enjoyed staying here, the breakfast was fresh with different options. The rooms were good value for money as for me, with view. The hotel was placed in the central location close to everything in town.

Everything was great, had a very comfortable stay for the price. The breakfast spread was nice hot, with a huge variety of excellent options. The staff were amiable and immensely pleasant and the location was excellent on the River. It was good to be 1 km away from Greko's Pizzeria, serving short-orders.

Stunning location adjacent to all major attractions, historical sights and Riva restaurant.

Had good sleep at the queen room with comfortable bed, the terrace, for instance. Had marvellous and unbeatable location close to everything in town, an easy walk to Gananoque Municipal Marina. Moreover, it was right by the waterfront and boat cruise, several parks and the “ beach ” and downtown, and cruise.

Booked a room with all the amenities. There where central heating, cable TV and a microwave in my room. The location was magnificent and fantastic amazingly close to everything.

Perfect accommodation with perfect setting near to a nice neighbourhood, a nice pub which served good food and a restaurant next door and several good restaurants. Very very helpful and attentive staff providing excellent services. Warm and freshly prepared breakfast with different options for the start of the day.

Great location, just a short walk to the boat tours and nearby restaurants and brewery. The rooms were comfortable with two queen-size beds and breakfast was included, which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel lacked information in the rooms about TV stations and local restaurants. the beds were not very comfortable, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel seemed tired and minimalistic.

The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds, mini fridge, and microwave. The attention to detail, like the use of local stone in the construction, adds to the charm. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast selection is impressive, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The continental breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and offered a great start to the day. The hotel's location was ideal as it was within walking distance to both the town and the boat line tour of 1000 Islands.- Having a restaurant nearby was convenient and allowed for easy access to a delicious meal.

The beds in the hotel rooms were dirty and required a call to the front desk to be changed. There was an extra charge on the bill for a pet, even though the guest did not have any pets.
